Grab Some Makeup & A Wand To Create These Simple Halloween Looks
Fall is officially here! If you’ve been counting the days to this beloved season since January, you’re not alone.
For many of us, Fall means it’s time to pick some apples, don our favorite sweaters, drink a PSL (or lots of them!) and start putting together a fantastic Halloween costume!
Whether you create your costume completely by hand, or you’re a busy woman who’d like to save time and still dress up, we’ve got some options for you.
In fact, some of the simplest costumes involve some really cool makeup paired with your naturally gorgeous hair!
So grab your favorite L’ange styling tool and products and read on for a few of our favorite time-saving Halloween looks.
1. Wild Card

Hanna Lee’s wicked-good costume is highlighted by her savvy makeup skills and her beautiful, icy blonde locks.
After creating her joker-meet-evil-queen makeup look, she pulls her long hair (that has been previously sprayed with Rival Heat Shield) into a high ponytail.
Next she takes her Le Perlé Bubble Wand and starts curling the bundled up hair in small sections.
Once she’s finished curling all of her hair and allowed it to cool, she removes the ponytail.
To lock in her gorgeous look, a quick zhuzh and a mist of Salt + Séa Texturizing Spray gives Hanna shine, tousled texture and body.
2. Doe-Eyed Darling

Megan Reid’s adorable Halloween costume is truly deer to our hearts. From the spots on her cheeks to the “ears” aka space buns, we think she really nails this look.
After makeup application is complete, Megan applies a little Rival Heat Shield to her already dry hair.
She then curls her hair in sections, using the 1.25” Lustré Wand.
Once the curls cool, she creates a center part, starting at the middle of her forehead.
On the right side, she creates a horizontal part about 1” above her right ear and stops at the line of the center part. She then secures this section into a ponytail, twists it into a loose bun, and secures with a few bobby pins. That’s ear number one!
She then repeats the previous step on the left side of the head to create ear number two.
Finally she applies a few spritzes of Lustér Spray Laminate for some seriously shiny strands, followed by a light mist of Haute To Trot Max Hold Hairspray to lock the buns into place.
3. Fearless Feline

For a sassy, catwoman-inspired look, Miranda Parker gives us a femme twist with the addition of purple hair and makeup!
After washing, and before drying, she applies Posh Hair Polish to smooth her hair and add a shiny, heat-protectant finish.
To get her bouncy, voluminous waves, she curls her hair with the Le Rêve Titanium Flat Iron. The floating plates allow her to create beautiful bends without the scary creases!
To keep her strands soft and sparkling, she mists her ends with Managé Marula Oil Hydrating Mist.
Lastly, a little Trois Chic Three Way Hairspray helps keep her style going strong from sun up until the trick or treating is over.
4. Dripping With Creativity

Kesha serves up this unique and colorful costume, reminiscent of melting rainbow sherbet.
Her long locks are a mix of her natural hair and her L’ange Hair Extensions that have been dyed especially for this look.
Once her hair has been prepped with Rival Heat Shield, she curls her entire head of hair using the bubble wand attachment from Le Cinq.
With her fingers, she takes a section of hair near the top of the forehead and secures loosely into a snagless elastic band.
She finishes the decadent ‘do by touseling to separate the curls and boost volume.
5. Smoldering Skeleton

This look is equal parts glam and spooky! We love Trisha’s elaborate skeleton makeup and short, beachy waves.
To start, she applies a little Rival Heat Shield to protect her hair from the heat of her 1” Ondule Curling Wand.
Once she’s curled all of her hair, Trisha uses a little Grand Début Root Booster (at her roots) to create lift and long-lasting body.
And finally, Trisha uses a little Hero Pomade to enhance the texture she’s created with a soft, satin finish and non-crunchy hold.
See, dressing up for Halloween doesn’t have to be a chore.
